An Architectural Design incorporates the principles of envrionmental sustainability in architecture, knowledge of the construction process and materials needed for certain environments while fulfilling municipal bylaws and the Ontario Building Code. It is the process of originating and developing a plan for a structure with intention and purpose. The final product can be anything from an addition to the construction of an entire mansion.
An Architectural Technologist considers the aesthetics, functionality, purpose and many other aspects including the environment, building materials used and performs considerable research that requires knowledge, thought, designing, interactive adjustment and compliance.
